Indian Head Massage
What it is:
Indian Head Massage is the massage of the upper body – the head, face, neck, shoulders, upper back and arms. Unlike traditional Indian Head Massage which is confined to the head, this version is more suited to helping redress problems such as tension in the neck and shoulders, aching back and poor posture – all symptoms of a typical western lifestyle where we spend much of our time stooped over a computer or a steering wheel.
Indian Head Massage provides physical relief from symptoms and also stimulates healing. It is particularly good for conditions such as headaches, sinus problems, eyestrain and insomnia.
